Slattery to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for GN Mortgage, LLC, dated August 3, 2007, and recorded in the Hampshire County Registry of Deeds in Book 9229, Page 314, and now held by the Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant’s/Defendants’ Servicemembers status.
