NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Town of Southampton Planning Board Southampton Town Hall 210 College Highway Southampton, MA 01073 The Southampton Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday evening September 5, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. in the Southampton Town Hall 1st Floor Meeting Room, 210 College Highway, Southampton, MA 01073, to consider amending the Southampton Zoning Bylaw relative to Registered Marijuana Dispensary (RMD) And Off-Site Medical Marijuana Dispensary (OMMD) and Marijuana Establishments (Adult Use) in the following manner: – Amend Section II., Definitions (add new definitions related to proposed new Section XIX) – Amend Section V., Table 1. Use Regulations (add new uses related to existing Section XVIII and proposed new Section XIX) – Add a new Section XIX Registered Marijuana Dispensary (RMD) And Off-Site Medical Marijuana Dispensary (OMMD) – Revise Section XVIII Temporary Moratorium On Marijuana Establishments (Adult Use) The complete text of these proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendments are available for public inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office located in the Southampton Town Hall, 210 College Highway, Southampton, MA 01073 during regular business hours (Monday-Thursday 8:30am-4pm, 6:00pm-8:00pm alternating Tuesday).
